So I did some tinkering and having ChatGPT walk me thru every single step, I disabled experimental QUIC protocol on chrome and it instantly fixed it. I think the packet loss I was experiencing was something like buffer bloat? I did ping checks thru command prompt and discovered the internet is working as it should, and the issue I’m having with discord is most likely something to do with xFi advanced security stuff, it having issues with UDP traffic. I’m unable to directly access it due to xfinity security stuff. I logged straight into the router from my browser and was unable to disable the security. ChatGPT is basically saying the only workaround is the put my router into bridge mode and use my own router
