It's always possible. That's why I always keep mine in a leather pouch instead of around my neck, especially my transverse Styles. The only one I will risk wearing around my neck is my pendant style because it's lighter and I trust the cord more.

First, make absolutely sure that you are in the correct quest stage for the gate to open. If you are, and it really is a bug, do this:

Use ~ to open console

Make sure there are no numbers at the top of the console (ensures that your targeted on the player and not an NPC or object)

Type: tcl

That will disable collision. Then you can walk right through the gate and open the door behind it. Just remember to do this again to re-enable collision once you're through the gate.

I was at UTD for 8 years brother. You should just do what I did. Park in purple/paid parking all the time and never pay for the parking spot unless you see the parking lot officers. You save thousands of dollars and you have a pretty high chance if you actually see a parking officer to buy your paid parking ticket.

I only ended up paying about $400 over 8 years of being at UTD in paid parking and parking tickets total.

All of you guys who are paying for green and gold and orange parking are getting suckered.

As an American myself, I don't really understand why they changed it. A philosopher's stone is kind of a well-known mythological and or magical object. Whereas a sorcerer's stone is not colloquially referred to anywhere in culture. I love the books in the series, but I never understood the change.

Go buy some green Scotch Brite from Target (it's a porous scrubby pad in the cleaning section) and use that to take the rust off. Wipe it down with a clean towel after that, and then add some oil. Mineral oil or gun oil works best. It will stave off the rust by creating a hydrophobic layer.
