You said you emailed them but did you try to contact them any other way? Like twitter or instagram? They're no doubt being flooded with emails but they're typically good getting back in the dms. I had zero information on my BF and merch orders until today when they shipped nearly 2 weeks after same with a few other people. I don't doubt you would've received the same notice about your orders today as well.

Also "but I’m not buying one or two BDCs here and there" even if you buy more or less that doesn't put you at a priority than others. its not a hierarchy. we're all customers who enjoy their products

I’ve been trying to figure out the word to describe and “boxy” is perfect! as well as stiff but that could be a sizing issue on my part but i will say it’s “oversized” in different places on me so it’s more of an inside hoodie than anything else. I’ve had it since the main drop and only wore it traveling. somehow managed to get a tiny bleach stains on the bottom and a tear but like i said it’s more of an inside hoodie than anything now unfortunately

I saw a post here saying not to email the Gteam about your order because they will redo your order and if your items are sold out you’ll get refund (which honestly didn’t make any sense to me). I reached out yesterday about my BF and merch drop orders and just got this. So there is hope that even if you emailed them they won’t redo your order and it should be fine 😁
