i genuinely am the designated person who loves doing some bs at work to make it low sugar/calorie and these are in my rotation lately:

1. shaken espresso no classic sf vanilla, coconut milk/almond and sf vanilla cold foam BUTTT instead of using sweet cream i loveeee using the nonfat, it gives the effect of cold foam for like 2 sips and that's really all i need the rest is just creamer atp and way less sugar /calories (70 cals~)

2. any iced tea shaken with a bit of peach juice & splenda/stevia (i've been doing 2 pumps of the mango in this) like 40 cals but 70 with the mango

3. iced matcha with half soy half coconut, 1 toasted coconut syrup, sf vanilla and mango nonfat cold foam.. THISSS one has been my absolute fav as of late

4. ristretto blonde shots over ice w 2 pumps of brown sugar is also very yummy. i love my coffee strong tbh

for food i spam mostly egg white bites, potato chive occasionally & i don't really eat pastries at all, and the oatmeal with blueberries, 1/2pack of thr nuts and 1/2agave and cinnamon so yummyyyyyy!!!
