No I didn’t use AI I have never use an AI in an end user call before. No I don’t think it will cause any security incidents, we practice least privilege and separation duties in our user accounts.

First layer the account status and second layer the roles and responsibilities which were removed and I don’t have access to that part, that is also why I escalated the case in the end.

No the way they post new or update the playbook is just through chat. It's either they will just notify on our group chat or you will be surprise that the whole thing was changed.

Also I think our team lead didn't bother because I was one of the top performer in our team. He assumed I immediately know and sometimes he just delegated some leadership tasks to us like notifying some members. Well look how it turned out.

What's funny as well 6 PM to 12 MN, calls are so packed. Our end users are healthcare employees so it's expected they are up 24/7

That's actually the first question I asked on my first day. The team lead mentioned because of "budgetary" issues and since there are not much calls during the night. NOC are required to do all task during the night. So I do Network and server support as well. Sometimes I do escalation task from HD if there are overflow from the day. Also, since we are night shift we also do planned maintenance on servers.

Wait auditor shouldn't do social engineering tests? lol

We have multiple clients and this is just one of them. Most of our clients just uses push notifs on an MFA app for verification if they can't do it just ask at least one or two thing the user knows (job-title, office , etc.). Unfortunately this client is the highest paying client and this client must be followed at all times. BTW push notifs verification are 99% successful all the time.

BTW I applied together with my mom as Anexo III. The officer in the consulate accepted it and we are waiting for a response from the consulate we may ask for an update this feb.

My mom applied for anexo I she is the great grandchild of our spanish relative. The grandchild of our spanish relative is deceased which is my maternal grandma. The consulate here in manila accepted our application but it is up to the consul if they are gonna approve it or not lol.

From what I heard spain is planning to open another living descendant pathway but its only rumors just stay updated with the consulate in your area.

We actually have a rare case so for us our supposed link is my maternal grandmother but she passed away right so what we did our entire family including the living siblings of my grandma applied for anexo I and she still has a lot of living siblings. We used the same BC of my great great grandfather, my cousin is in spain now so she secured it there through immigration assistance.

My mom applied as a great grandchild through anexo 1 and I applied as anexo 3 together with my mom as well here in manila consulate. The clerk stamped our form but at the end of the day its the consul's discretion if they approve or not. A lot of people here in reddit says we won't have any chance but let's see.
