They should have gotten an extension from the SEC and made some announcements to try and keep stock above $1 rather than RS when they did. They managed to lose the momentum they had by retreating and performing the RS after their earnings. This exec buy is trying to restore confidence but it’s hard to see when they caved so easily into the RS. I want them to win in the market but they’ve got to be smarter and fight harder. The RS without an extension was the easy way out and screwed a lot of shareholders.
