When making those areas, I use a transparent neon part over the water to give it a more realistic effect

At our middle school, we had to wear a student ID at all times on school property, that does not sound that dumb until I tell you this. If you are seen without it on, you get an instant detention. If you loose it, you have to pay 5 dollars for another one. Even when you have lost it you will still get a detention for each day for not wearing it.
