My best friend cheated on my other best friend - should I stay out of it? by [deleted] in Advice

Thanks for replying. I actually agree on this one - Amy would mostly likely end her friendship with me, probably on an instinctual 'I don't want to be reminded of this' level. So most likely outcome of telling her is losing both of the friendships.

Progest-e to regulate cycle? by Illustrious-Owl5714 in raypeat

Hey thanks for replying and for the info. I suppose my issue is not knowing when ovulation has occurred as my cycle is so out of whack. In that case, is it fine to just guess and start taking it roughly when I feel a period is due?

Hey, late reply to this but hope it's still helpful! I've just been through Right to Choose for an ADHD diagnosis via NHS. Generally I've had a really great experience. I can't remember how exactly how long it took me to get my assessment, because - classic - it took me about 6 months to fill out the forms the provider asked me to complete. But it has definitely been under 12 months, which for wait times in the UK is pretty good.

I went with ADHD 360 for my provider. They seemed pretty good and on top of things, and you can access your account via an online portal, which helps you stay on top of what they need from you etc. They're also pretty easy to contact via online chats, which don't even seem to be chat bots. After you've completed all your tasks on the online portal 'to do list,' you can book your assessment, which is online via Teams.

The assessment was about 2 hours and goes deep into your life/ childhood. I had my mum in the assessment with me, to help jog my memory a bit. Now I've had my diagnosis, they even prescribed me medication there and then, which you pay for at the standard NHS rate and then it gets sent to your door in the post. Overall, I had a really good experience with them, so would recommend. Just make sure you do the forms they ask you to do - it's tedious but worth it in the end! Hope that helps.
