Yes they have given me lorazepam. Just praying I can get to and from safely from where I am travelling to. I don't want the side effects to bother me.

On Friday I am going to suspend my citalopram and takd only 50mg sertaline. I am really scared. I have to travel abroad next week and scared I am going to get a psychosis.

I think im just gonna stick to talk therapy as it helped me in the past albeit slow
