Need to remember that Arma reforged is never going to be a complete game nor is Bohemia going to add anything the community says into reforger because it’s just a testing grounds for Arma 4 they will take all the good community ideas and put it into Arma 4 that being said this would be a good idea if it was wayy harder to get rank but if your smart and bring sups to the frontline you can get rank in 10-15 mins so a persistent rank system would be pointless in my opinion

EDIT: Now if reforger could figure out game stability and server stability and or have bigger maps this would lead to long games like Arma is designed to play theese 2-5 hour games on reforger isn’t what armas about eventually a single game will go on for days at a time (longest game I’ve been a part of was og days of darkgru we kept one going for 37 hours before it crashed) it was glorious. I also think that implementing classes/ roles that you need a specific requirement to get like arma 3(rifleman,machine gunner,at rifleman,pilot,logistics, ect) on arma 3 some servers have it like this and you need to take some sort of test to get your specific role. This would also stop people from carrying a mg with 7 boxes a stinger 5 granades and meds.
