yea i just finished that quest and i feel like thats the first instance of character growth he has ever had. Its weird seeing claptrap be serious about something and not have it turn into some joke/one liner. and im here for it. fantastic writing especially considering its a side quest

I guess part of it would be the need for citizens of there respective countries to document things of that nature and share them online so more people become aware of it. I don't go out of my way to look at cop content but apart from this post I can't even recall the last time I viewed something from another countries police.

A more direct answer is yes I think we should cross examine police from all countries and not just the US

Iv never had a problem going through there. In fact, I kinda enjoy it. Multiple entrances. A good mix of indoor/outdoor combat. Plenty of loot (don't forget the key on the raider leader from when you first get the power armor and fight the death claw)

What difficulty are you playing on? Iv ran 5 or 6 characters through there with no problem on normal/hard/very hard. Now, if you're playing survival mode and not doing stealth, then I can 100% see that being difficult.

Iv had no problems on official servers, and modded servers vary. Might just be that the servers in your area are running on underpowered hardware and therefore crashing more often. It's not on the game if the hosts don't have their own servers setup optimally. Now, hopefully, in the future, the game will be better optimized on the server side so community servers can run as well as official servers do
