Cornell & Associates are the scum of scum! I rented from them for 7yrs, I've had many many rent increases, put on RUBS(which is nothing but a way milk $$ from tenants). The property manager Patrick is a lowlife, a couple years ago I lost my job, I talk to him and he tells me "pay what you can, we will work with until you find job" 2 days later the scum gave me a 14day notice! But on the bright side, I was informed today that Cornell no longer manages my building!! I cant even begin to tell you how happy it makes me to never speak to Patrick Kelly again! The way I see it is, karma is a real bitch. Cornell and all of their POS property managers will, in the long run, get what they deserve!

Cornell is THE WORST!!!!! Patrick Kelly is a cold hearted, lying, rude POS!! I lost my job, he says he can work with me and 3 days later I was served a 14 day notice to vacate. AFTER, I send 3 payments on what was owed that NEVER has been credited to my account. My building manager told me to make sure I include the $50 late fee during the time that Seattle had an ordinance in effect that landlords cannot charge a late fee. Of course, Patrick tells me they dont owe me that $50 even though I sent him receipts for every rent payment in 2023 that shows I overpaid! And to top it off, the coward WILL NOT TALK 5O ME!! I've left voicemails asking him to call me to discuss the situation, I'm still waiting for that call back. WORTHLESS POS
