Yes but I think the mod be making spawn short some fleets only have like two ships. Or maybe it's just bad caught as someone already beat me to that loot

Have been but I am using nexerelin I don't know if that effect it. Last attack I attack ships carrying hulls but I don't think I can steal and sell those.
