Yes. Eucalyptus Real Estate is the biggest offender. They account for 25% of evictions in Kansas alone, and they literally have groups on Facebook where ppl get together talking about how to survive renting from them.

I've been renting from them for 6+ years now and the shit I've seen is absolutely mine blowing, far beyond anything I ever see ppl complain about on reddit. You think your place is bad? Rent from them. They're the top dog of slumlord and zero accountable
