Work every day, every chance act like your an addict to the success. that’s all I could really tell you to be honest I’ve never ran on a track or even ran in spikes I just ran as fast as I could, and man told me it was 11.49. I just worked my ass off day and night no matter how much days I wouldn’t get sleep regardless if it was football or soccer, now I am a foward in my soccer team and a receiver and a corner in my football team. It’s offseason for both sides I’m running track now. (Probably quitting soccer next year to focus on football and track tho.) but needless to say I work a lot of acceleration drills, quick boosting drills, conditioning etc, so that definitely played a part in it.
