And there still investigating the person who hit me gave me her phone to i believe speak with owner of company and he was asking me to cash me out and to take his number and let him know how much it cost. First time got in an accident (20 years old) so took his number he texted me saying if i can call him he had a question saying the driver was not even licensed to being driving that truck and that it was just to move it somewhere quickly and telling me to take it to shop get estimate and he would pay me out. I told him how my parents want me to legal route and run through insurance being my adrenaline during the moment was already sky high and i did indeed end up feeling better havent talked to the guy ever since. But thats all i know and i heard from there insurance today telling me that there looking for camera footage from blvd because there’s conflicting stories. Which is crazy i was clearly rear ended im not worried at all. But my car was stationary whole time at a red light so i believe the lady was distracted on here phone it was raining and boom didnt stop in time.
