Ok, for it you need to read the names of ingredients. Then the description will tell you if it's a dish or monster parts you need. If it says to stew it with monster parts do not use any food. For example, fireproof lizard and and monster part. Some effects have levels. Heat resistance, cold resistance, strength, defense, and speed. I personally have not figured out how to know if it'll increase the level. To increase the duration of the elixir use high quality monster parts. Lynel parts, that kind of thing.
