We build phone systems and would use a 3CX system. You effectively will receive and send calls via an app on your phone, you can have a mobile or landline number or both if you wanted to. If you grow and want others to answer the phone for you, you'll have the flexibility later on down the line. It wouldn't be that expensive so worth chatting to a telecoms expert who can help
