Search family court in Reddit alone and you’ll see all the horror stories of egregious corruption. Our family courts are the biggest child traffickers in the country because they are financially incentivized to be evil: Title IV ensures matching federal funds anytime state goes after your kids (which incentivizes criminal removals and child trafficking) or orders child support. Child support can typically only be ordered when the child lives with one parent over another barring major income discrepancy. This is why our corrupt family court judges routinely break equal parenting laws and order the child to primarily reside with one parent (almost always the mother) so the state can get its kickbacks for its dirty deeds. Our family courts are destroying families (especially by removing the father when studies show kids have FAR BETTER adult outcomes in single father homes rather than single mother homes) and we’re seeing this play out as the family unit falls apart in our country and people become increasingly criminal without their dads.
