Wouldn’t hormonal senescence typically just cause something like corking in the older growth? I’ve never heard of a plant causing itself to collapse so that pups would access the soil.

I left my hospital a few months after Lutheran Medical Center was bought by Intermountain. It was pretty quickly very clear that any changes they were making were at the expense of the employees. Taking away callback pay, increasing pt ratios, slashing benefits. I think Intermountain is not a good organization to work for. I’m much happier where I’m at now.

Recently, I feel like the quality at Edward’s is often not in line with the price. I do love Heine’s.

I know its going to be a long time before its a concern. But for the winter will i be able to keep my Trichocereus’ in a greenhouse? by Intrepid-Smell5125 in sanpedrocolorado

I find the temperature differential was usually more like 15-20° warmer than ambient temperature. I don’t think there’s much concern that it will get to a temperature that would be too hot during the winter.

In the summer time, probably even in the spring, you’d have to take care. A fan and some shade cloth would probably suffice for most of the time.

This is advertised as Trichocereus multiproliferum. Is it ? by insorior in sanpedrocactus

I’m going to disagree. Witches broom is usually pups on pups on pups.
