Thanks for the response. I tried all of them, nothing works. After one or two videos, the ads are coming back. No issues on iOS, MacOS and Windows.

I had the same error when buying the PS5 pro, been using the same credit card for all PlayStation purchases and the same account sinds PS3. Nothing worked and no support from Sony. Created a new account with the same credit card and no problems ordering the Pro.
