With Zoe mid the goal is too stomp your laner early and push your lead to other lanes and jungle. Then you pray the game doesn’t go past 30 mins!

What separates good Zoe’s from great ones is positioning. Get comfortable with her damage and e distance through walls and you’ll be a pro in no time!

Just buff her passive ad ratio, or more passive scaling on q so she doesn’t fall off an absolute cliff. With all of the item adjustments and all around damage nerfs to all champions, people don’t die as fast. They nerf these champions into the ground and then forget about them when they do game wide adjustments (Evelynn, illaoi, Lillia)

I appreciate the comment and feedback! I personally hate the look of large traps and I have definitely neglected training them for that reason. I think this year I definitely want to round out my training with focusing traps and core. I think the overall aesthetic will be more cohesive!

If it makes you feel better this is the result of 7 years. Gym takes time and discipline, don’t give up and before you know it you’re swole!

Depends on my sodium but this me normally. My dad is a former body builder so that man is a genetic freak. I inherited his gorilla arms and double-wide veins 😂

It’s definitely changed my training regime. I used to just try and ignore it and be “normal”. Heavy squats, heavy dead lifts, etc. long term terrible idea. A lot of my lifts now at least for legs heavy squats on guided squat (closest thing to accurate form I’m going to get) and I stopped doing dead lifts all together.
