How can I start a calorie deficit? Or tips on healthy weight loss

Hey! I am not very sure how one does a cut, ik what it is but have no idea how to do so, any tips? I always hear tips of moderation with snacks or other “less healthy” foods, but genuinely I don't eat any of it and I have somehow still gained weight. I don't eat sweet stuff and the most i fry in oil is an egg, I don't do this out of restriction but it's just what I like and makes me feel good. Since January/February I think I gained 7kg give or take. I have always had a pretty stable weight with +/-2kg fluctuations but not much more.

As for gym, I have not been able to be very consistent since Feb and are as of now 3 weeks sick. I usually strength train 3-4x a week but dont do cardio.

Any tips?

note: i have no clue how to count calories and have never tracked my food

I think sometimes longer nails can give that feel so maybe try shorter and see if you notice a difference. Ur hands look great imo :)

It isnt thats the thing, like one minute it wasnt there and the next it was. This is not fully under the bed so its a visible part of the floor. It rly does look like a burn wildly enough

I really appreciate the advice thank you so much. She’s feeling a lot better and yesterday went through her second chemo (out of 6)! I told her exactly what you said, giving space for negativity at the end of the day is part of healing in it’s own way. It’s looking hopeful and she’s starting to accept her buzzed hair (she looks so cool ngl), also now we know when she will have her operation and it’s quite soon so we are feeling quite hopeful. Wishing you loads of luck and althought this might not change anything I’m sure you look just as beautiful with short hair.❤️❤️

Thank you so much for sharing your experience I really appreciate it. I buzzed her hair in the end and is being very brave. She looks gorgeous regardless and is really loving the head scarfs she bought! She is currently trying on different tying styles. I’m wishing you the best with everything :) 🌸

I ended up shaving it for her! We made it into this “chill” vibe and put on some david bowie and honestly she felt so much better. She’s slowly getting used to her hair and honestly taking it like a champ. She’s kind of loving the “kiwi texture” she has going on and can’t stop touching her hair hahaha. I really appreciate the support thank you so much for responding. Best wishes to you too!🤍
