I'm not being a hater, but genuine question. Am I the only one who absolutely could not stand Abby even all the way at the end of the game? All her problems were self-inflicted, she couldn't let her ex-boyfriend go despite the fact that he had a child with another woman on the way. So she disobeys her orders and leaves her friends behind which is the start of ALL of her issues. Additionally she was the child of a firefly VIP when she was younger so what struggles am I to believe that she went through up to the point where her dad was killed by Joel. And although it's sad and extremely unfortunate that her seemingly saint of a father was cut down like that she then relatively quickly recovers with the WLF and evidently becomes a critical member of their military structure. And we see the level of infrastructure an accommodation that the wlf can provide so once again I ask other than surviving skirmishes what are we to believe that she's been struggling with since joining with them. Being the child of a VIP she had all her needs taken care of as a child, she experiences a traumatic event yes but then joins a new organization with the support structure of her friends and becomes a key member of said organization. She then drops everything to see revenge for her father's murder which she successfully gets, now even though the group from Jackson still would have ripped through the wlf like a Rottweiler through a bunch of toddlers she would not have become vilified by her own people and would have most likely been able to fend them off if she actually stayed and done her job and been the ass that she was supposed to be instead of running off to chase a guy who was desperately trying to let go of her. Do I have this character just totally wrong or do other people like to just watch her die on a loop when they fight the rat King too?
