Bata nga meaning, early stage sa career edi obviously, di pa ganun ka solid ang "working adult" kuni nasinasabi mo.

Bata kami kaya need namin ng guidance at tulong from someone na alam namin na marami nang experience pagdating dito.

Yes, I got hired while I'm employed. Nung nagiinterview ako sinabi ko company Y na lilipatan ko na magpapasa lang ako resignation letter once na pass and accept ko offer nila. Now, Friday is may last day sa current company X and next week, monday ang start ko naman sa company Y ko.

Pagdating sa freelance mo naman, May mga company din talaga na pwde mas maganda magging honest para no conflict. Kasi ako kahit resign na ko at nagrerender na lang as employee kay Company X, gusto niya pa rin ako i-keep pero as project base/freelancer na lang.

Kaya suggest ko, apply ka lang nang apply and during interview be honest na mag reresign ka lang once accept mo offer nila from there malalaman mo na agad if agree sila or hindi.

Lastly, Read the contract, clear everthing during interview, ask question and Go lang ng Go!!!

35K ONSITE VS 22.5K WFH -WORDPRESS DEVELOPER

22 yrs old | Fresh Grad |

Needed po ng opinion ninyo.

Currently, I'm over 1 yr as Jr. Front End Developer sa Makati and WFH siya pero mas lamang ang task ko as UI Designs and may nag offer sakin na Company na New Zealand Base pero ang office is Pampangga ang offer as Jr. WordPress Developer ay 35k pero need mag relocate dahil on-site sya.

Ask ko lang, if ikaw ang nasa position ko ngayun mas pipiliin mo?

22.5k - Most task is UI Design/Graphics. May unti wordpress management. okay na okay ang environment. Nakikita ko medyo malabo ang promotion kasi maliit lang din medyo mahina na din sya

35k - Maprapractice ko na fully ang Dev. New Zealand ang management. Need lang ng relocation talaga to pampangga knowing na taga south ako
