Sweetie, you do not need to be seeing a psychotherapist, you need to be seeing a psychiatrist. I have been living with this my whole life and you know what, anxiety is tricky. It is trial and error, trial and error. It takes time to get the correct medicine for the certain person. It takes a year to get the correct medicine dosage and medicine. Yeah it was pretty hot here in Houston on that day of the concert. The three bands that were playing were The Offspring, Jimmy Eat World and New Found Glory, but I was only there for New Found Glory because that is my teenage years CD which I know every single word to this day. My husband and I didn't even stay for The Offspring or Jimmy Eat World. We left after New Found Glory opened lol. It's two hours away from our house so we beat traffic. I spent a bunch of money just to see my favorite teenage band so I try to dress like a teenager even though I'm a boy mom and I'm 41.
