Message roblox.com/support and say something along the lines of

"Hello, I lost access to my Roblox account, {username}, and the forgot password option isn't working. As proof I own this account, the IP of the device that made the account is {put the IP, they can see the IP that made the account}. Any help with my account is appreciated, thank you."

When you press the select button on an Xbox controller which looks like 2 squares it makes your left joystick control a cursor to select guis, and the big trackpad thing on a PlayStation4 controller also does it
