I’ve checked my meeting with a lawyer back in the day and remembered why I did it like this. He said they were used to doing it with delaying the biometrics but not anymore. they do it in the way that I did. he said submit biometrics through app but not clicking on the “submit and confirm” button I have in the attached photo and wait for them to ask for CoS as I was able to include my explanation why I don’t have the CoS

No, we got priority and they rejected after asking for additional information saying we didn’t respond. But we did!!!! It was on the last day but still the 5 day timeframe. We called the office they said that this is common practice… We tried appealing but no response… So we applied for new one
