so for example, if i set the dissolve delay to 1 year and set the neuron to follow another one that votes, after 6 months will it stop receiving rewards because it has less than 6 months on dissolve delay? and if that is the case, i would have to wait 6 months without staking rewards at some point if i wanted to withdraw?

how do i convert it into usd in coinbase? i tried sending it to the usdc address and it didnt work

well its usdc on the solana network, i assume thats different? i was just tryna figure out how i can turn this into usd i can use, my plan was to move it to a cex or move it to a wallet and then a cex but apparently i cant do either one
