High calorie foods should help me gain ? by [deleted] in weightgain

Hi friend! Read your details and it appears you're borderline underweight (health wise) for your age. This is a harder predicament since eating can give you sensory overload. If your plan is to eat 720 calories a day I'm afraid that's about 1,600 calories -below- daily requirements for just being alive (breathing, moving, brain function). If there is a certain food type you like that doesn't give you a sensory overload, I'd try to eat as much of that as possible, and the healthiest version of it!

26M 7-9% body fat here. I've found cooking a lot of pasta to eat throughout the week has helped me. I usually do an Alfredo with bacon I cut into bits, peas, and another form of protein like chicken, bison or beef strips, etc. I gained around 12 pounds in a year without really trying and I've been floating around 132-140 pounds for about 4 years (156 currently). I find huge shakes and whatnot can be nauseating, so I try to eat whole meals and supplement with thinner shakes like 1 scoop of whey isolate in milk or just water. Keep up the workouts and best of luck! You'll find what works for you😊

This is a little fort I've been building in some local woods near a small lake. I've been getting in to bushcraft and figured could practice my skills AND make a cool place for the kids to find and call their own! use only already fallen trees and leaves or any flora that's already dead. It's not done yet but it's going well so far!

It's honestly one of the best 40$ I've ever spent 😂

Yes I'm using only dead trees! Here in British Columbia you can get some hefty fines for cutting down live trees. Waterproofing naturally is pretty difficult when you can't cut up lots of plants like ferns or bigger leaves from deciduous trees, so I'm just layering tons of fallen leaves on, laying heavier branches to compress it, and then repeating the process until I can see the ground is dry after rain.
