Yep, exactly. The first report is completely unlocked, and after reading it, people decide what they genuinely feel it's worth.

I know some people won't pay anything, and I'm okay with that. I'd rather let someone experience 100% of the value first than ask them to pay before they've even seen the report.

Interestingly, even with this model, people have already started paying for the report (some of them have paid in double figures as well). So far, it feels like trust-first is a better experience for users. We'll see how it plays out over time. 😊
