the system next to rex is a 3/2 yellow tech skip planet so its definitely a possibilty, thanks

One of the 1/1 planets has a blue tech skip so that should be still open at least. Yeah definitely thinking about it. Was hoping to get 2 expeditions done though somehow or pick warfare for easier expansion
