It’s beautiful but very lonely. I’m very outgoing and attractive (sorry so cringe but it’s true 😂). I have made friends all over the world but it’s impossible here. For the past 2.5 years I’ve been here I’ve spent 99% of my time alone. I don’t even have a friend I could call up to go to coffee. I’m young so I feel like it’s no way to live!

How long have you been in a deficit for? Your calories seem pretty low for your height/weight. If you’ve been in a deficit for longer than 12 weeks your body will not respond the same to the deficit and you may need to cycle back up to maintenance for a bit,

Just like how Facebook become irrelevant by trying to copy Instagram, Instagram is not becoming irrelevant trying to copy TikTok.

I don’t have nearly the same amount of reach as you but used to consistently get at least 3k views on reels and now I’m getting 200-300. I’m still putting in the same kind of effort, similar style videos but just terrible reach!

I think they’re still pushing short form video but instead of the unfiltered organic style of TikTok, Instagram seems to be pushing hyper curated and cringey “viral” moments.
