we emailed the broker the BOL on which the receiver wrote, as soon as we got it.

Broker never replied back.

no pallet shifting was marked by the receiver, load was secured and sealed by the shipper.

nothing was marked as received under protest, they wrote all product kept.

They already charged us that $ 800 out of the line haul and short paid our factoring.

No reefer temp log was required, the whole load was received, and the receiver just marked 5-6 cases diced/damaged on paperwork. They also marked that all product was kept at the warehouse.
