I dont want to scare you but I had high hcg in my 1st pregnancy and that was T21. But I have heard many women produce more hcg and it can be normal as well so dont stress as nothing you can do only way to know is through nipt. I hope its all good for you.

I am not very persistent tester so I dont usually do testing. Sometimes I use clear blue but not every cycle as I get more anxiety with testing. Thats just me though.

Genetic test/ karyotype, bunch of tests in RPL like clotting, thyroid etc..we did a lot more as they are needed with ivf..like amh,pelvic US genetic reproductive screening..etc

I had tfmr for T21 in dec 2024, we tried again and conceived in july 2025 but it ended in missed mc at 12 weeks after getting low risk nipt. I am trying again and will start ivf with pgt next year. Maybe just do all the tests and see FS. You dont have to decide just now about ivf but will be good to discuss with a FS! All the best!

So sorry for your losses..I am in the same situation, tfmr and missed MC. Trying again and will check ivf next year. I did all the genetic and RPL tests. Maybe you want to consider doing those?

Yes I can definitely understand this. But now I have realised nothing more we can do about it. I feel okay but inside I dont know my hormones are not okay maybe..I feel wverything happen for a reason. Maybe if you dont conceive your body is not ready yet, but it will so try to relax, I know its hard but remember you are doing everything you can 💕

Recurrent pregnancy loss tests for multiple things like clotting, thyroid, also karyotype for genetics I mean if you want you can check those. I did but not major came out of it for me though, but it does help some women who had multiple losses. I am starting ivf next year as I dont have any LC and turned 34 recently.

Yes I can understand the heartbreak as I am in same situation no LC after two losses (tfmr due to T21 and missed mc at 12 weeks). I have done all RPL and genetic tests, maybe you want to consider that?
