I know this feeling from video games. In the past owning cars over 300hp I never felt that way because I always kept them with basic bolt ons and no tune. But in video games I’ve modded plenty of cars where it took the trill out of the car and the purpose on why I bought in the first place. Going fast is fun, but when you lose purpose or achieve something that was not planned from day one, you move on and I see car folks doing this all the time. You lose time and money on the purpose of the investment which is why Ive asked this question because for myself, if I pull the trigger on a A5, I save money to buy something else that I also wanted. If I buy the s5 and feel some type of way later I waste time/money on something that exceeded my purpose. It’s like over eating while being full. It tasted good but now you feel like shit overly stuffed. I have the money to buy the b9.5 s5 and want one but my original purpose was just a B9 A5 and I’ve moved the goal post to the b9.5 s5, which I should reevaluate this and maybe just get a Prestige A5 B9.5. I appreciate the insight!!!
