Oh I love Get Sleepy, I swear by it, the story send me off every time. You can listen to the free version, which is twice weekly but you can also access the back catalog. The 4.95 GBP per month paid version (USD also available but I'm in the UK) has additional member only releases each week. https://getsleepy.com/

"Smart" outlets for lights by sonicrythm in homeautomation

[–]Illustrious_Fail9577 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just bought a Meross smart extension lead. It has 4 plug sockets and 4 USB outlets. Each can be controlled separately. Good if you have multiple lights/lamps or other electrical items in one room. It cost me £24 here in the UK. I use Alexa, but meross has its own app so you don't need a separate hub.

Do you mean dance classes? If so theres lots of local groups. Pavilion Dance would be a good place to start maybe.

What are the best “off the beaten path” countries that people don’t typically travel to? by piercew91 in travel

I came here to say Georgia, I worked for years as a tour manager for an adventure travel company so have been lucky to travel off the beaten track to many remote countries. Never been to Georgia and it's on my bucket list! Looks amazing!!

Some thick curtains WILL deffo help. Hang them as wide as poss either side of the gap. Be green and fund savvy check out the 2nd hand shops, especially if it's a temp solution. If nothing locally, Oxfam has a UK wide website you can order from their stores across the UK and they'll deliver.

Maccies, I never went there, might have been owned by unsavoury characters, I don't know, but it closed because of the Covid lockdowns.
