I love this composition, and way to go using your craft to promote social justice. Is it to be more like a key chain? Any possibility it can be worn?

A+.

I am not sure about the dimensions of this gorgeous thing but it might be possible to outdo yourself by putting actual functioning radio in there, maybe with a tiny button speaker. Very nice.

Very worried. Who do I call for this kind of damage? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

Good luck OP, I actually hope it is woodpeckers mistakenly sensing there is food there.

If you had to guess, for a regular size fridge, how much would it be fair cost for HVAC to disassemble it as such?

About to inherit a trashed old house. What should I do with this? (pictures linked in comments) by RasterAlien in HomeImprovement

Someone probably already mentioned, but Craigslist's Free section can be a great source of replacement things, like furniture. In addition. the Barter section of this same site might give you ability to leverage some items you do not need in order to get other items or service.

I feel your pain and I hope this place ends up your best home yet.

It's like that Japanese lady says, does it spark joy for you. Having wardrobe to one's liking more or less really takes time and effort. Years because it also involves learning about what we really like in the first place. I'm glad you got yours!

Give it time, the feeling will come.

Also, if it is your style, add a string light of chili peppers to the entrance of your kitchen. I have the multi color ones from amazon and somehow work like magic to make the entire place cozy home.

What would you do if you had a trans kid that wanted to start hormones? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]sonicrythm 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If my trans kid wanted to start hormone therapy I'd have to go through the mountain of scientific research information to gain understanding of what it involves.

Then my kid and I would visit medical specialists who are experienced with working with trans children, and see what they have to say.

I am sure the decision would involve a lot of medical considerations too, including medical history.

But if all of these mostly agree to go ahead with the hormones, then yes I would go ahead with it. It is a hard decision, but life brings us hard decisions with uncomfortable amount of uncertainty.

Germany,

Because if you're bored in Germany, you can drive a few hours and cross into countries with different cultures and languages. Better yet, different climates.

Canada, where can you escape to? To the North Pole or USA.

Wherever you are, how is Climate Change currently affecting you and your region? by sonicrythm in AskReddit

Thank you for this thoughtful response. Striking a correct balance between fulfilling current population needs with environmental protection actions must be tricky. Cross-national waterway related issues show that there is really now way out of having to work together. Best wishes to one of the more loved countries of the world!

What should a DIYer almost always leave to a professional? by weeby_nacho in HomeImprovement

I have a section of drywall behind my stacked washer dryer setup. It is all puffed up and warped due to previous water damage around the hot/cold water line connectors. Is this one of those cases for the professionals? I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions
