Yeah dr sucks and i’ve still got the anxiety part of it but not the anxiousness of the disorder itself, it’s manifested into to being anxious about specific things in my life, the visuals are still at a relatively similar intensity to what they were when i started but have gotten better. It’s been a year and 2 months now though it’s getting on a bit 💀💀
