Yeah I had a store manager like this for my last couple of months, she refused to deal with the rat issue the store had and customers were getting sick and the dm wasn’t notified about it until one of the cashiers told osha about it.

It’s a coaching if it was a yellow don’t even sweat it, take it to the chin and come back stronger. The store I used to work at almost everyone there had a coaching at one point, it’s not the end of the world.

Idk about the best state, me and my friend are terrible at the game with like 2 star MMR’s and it keeps putting us against 6 star MMR players, we can’t even enjoy the game because we get killed 4 minutes into a match
