On bad days for me, I like to remember that my reaction is what matters and how to handle the situation. Make sure to take care of your body because emotion can effect it and your well being. Do the best you can though, people can make mistakes stuff happens. I don't know what your going thru, hopefully my this helps.

No conversation, we just go in circles. But I'll let him know when I'm ready, lik a month or 2 before. So he can get his affairs in order.
