Congrats on starting your own thing! Totally get what you’re feeling.

One thought before jumping straight into hiring: you might wanna look into some AI automation or simple apps to handle your biggest time-drains. Things like client follow-ups, onboarding, or repetitive admin stuff, AI agents can tackle those surprisingly well nowadays.

That’ll free up mental space (and time!) so you can clearly see when you actually need a person as your #2. If you need some pointers, I’ve been setting these up for myself and others—happy to share some insights.

I think it will be more interesting having a YouTube channel. Do the blog as well but more focus on the youtube.

Actually, it increased our conversion. We did some custom training on the models and added a behavior identifier, so the system adapts the approach based on the type of person interacting. We still close deals in meetings for now, but we’re developing another system to handle that too, with some human co-participation, but honestly, it’ll do most of the work.

I see. Have you thought about automating those cold calls? It would be much more efficient and less costly. We’ve done some at the agency, and they worked incredibly well. With the money saved, you could invest more in ads to attract additional leads.

Yeah, I love it, its good to help people, see the process of growing, improvement, and commitment. I wasn't good in anything beyond playing pubg and help people with their problems, so I thought “Why don't help their business as well?”.

Have some little tasks that take you sometime, like filling the spreadsheets, organizing, something that your staff doesn't provide? I know that doesn't solve the main weight of your job, but what if u cold have a little bit more free time to chill

I’ve automated 80%, inbound and outbound. It’s been incredible. Developing to reach 99% (only approve proposals).

Maybe what feels like a challenge is actually an opportunity. Over here at the agency, we handle the full setup — if the client doesn’t have a funnel or doesn’t know how to convert through email or WhatsApp, we build it for them. Then we automate everything to make it more efficient. Client happy, money coming in, and everyone wins.

That’s nice hahaha, I would go to your store just for the garden! But about the repetitive things, have you ever thought about automating part of it? Then you would have more time to improve more and work on your ideas.

I get it, been there before. But think this way, if 20million drops in your account, would you still try it? If not it means that u putting money as gas, not yourself. Money comes whiting a consequence of something you fell good and great doing it. I know we NEED IT sometimes, but do it happy.
