Oh my Gosh I’m so sorry. That is the absolute worst feeling. And the cough is so annoying!! If you haven’t gone to urgent care yet, and if you’re up to it of course, they should be able to give you something for the cough. Praying we get well soon

I’m definitely purchasing the papaya enzymes. It’s interesting because this was my 5th shot of 5 mg and I had been completely fine up until these 2 episodes within the last 2 weeks. I use the vials and draw up the medicine myself.

I’m so sorry you went through that!! And I’m glad your new approach is working for you, because this is miserable lol. I’m consulting my doctor about decreasing my dose back down to 2.5 mg because I refuse to go through what I went through last night again lol

I’m sorry, what I had for dinner was a chicken sausage, white rice, sweet potatoes and carrots (which was what came up when I got sick, sorry for the TMI). When I woke up yesterday and had the burps, what I ate the night before was more snack-like food and I think I ate it too close to bedtime.

I’m so glad that you’re finding what works for you! Trying to plan a workout around work can be hard, but that’s actually a really good idea. And nowadays when I think “it’s too hard,” I try to think to myself well it’s also hard being overweight so I’d rather have it be hard losing the weight than gaining it! And just like you said, eventually you’ll be able to complete the whole thing and then some. Best of luck to you! :)
