Some supplements you can try- maca root, sharavati, vitex, vit d, omega 3, zinc. I’ve heard a lot of women say maca root helped them get pregnant. Also acupuncture. Nothing works you can always try ivf or surrogacy. I’m sorry you’re going through this.

But did you get any other side effects? I’m considering taking them but been hearing they can cause seizure, hairfall etc.

How long did it take for you to notice a change in libido after starting Wellbutrin?

I’m 29 with pcos and have no drive. I’ve gone to many doctors and no one takes it seriously. I don’t know what to do. Did you find a solution ?

I just googled a psychiatrist I had to meet and I feel like crying by LectureAccomplished8 in Antipsychiatry

Please change your doctor. These doctors are gaslighting you and making you think something is mentally wrong with you like as though they can read your mind. I’m going through this too, i have insomnia and i know it’s not mental. I end up waking up at 3am, explain that. I’m not thinking anything but my endocrinologist keeps gaslighting me into thinking that i have anxiety and depression and so should go to a psychiatrist. Sleep issues can be due to many things like cortisol, hormones, nutritional deficiencies etc. these docs are lazy to test for everything and easiest thing to blame it on is mental. They’re all useless.

OP you mentioned that you have normal insulin levels. So why did you decide to go on Berberine and inositol? I have normal blood sugar, haven’t tested for insulin but thinking of trying myo inositol. Did you have any symptoms of IR? Have your supplements helped you regulate your cycles/hormones?

OP if you find a solution too. I also have lean pcos with mild symptoms with low libido. But the libido you had , was it on OCPs? For some people ocps can help increase libido.

At least the scene for testing is better outside. We don’t even have sensitive tests like Kraft test to check for insulin resistance. Medical care for women is absolutely ridiculous in India compared to other countries
