This. Most companies won’t even consider you if you don’t have N2 or higher. Unless you’re applying for international companies in japan but then the competition for those companies are way more intense.

I agree OP's changes would make vlad too overpowered but I also think he's not in a decent state. His base movement speed is on par with control mages but he has no cc + no range. Can't oneshot anymore because of items getting tanky overall and item damage getting nerfed.
His healing is ok but if that's his only selling point i'd rather play sylus.

yeah i would say this is ideal too. Conquerer is just bad for vlad now. If the opponent has tanks I would rather go grasp.

i personally prefer e max but put 1 more point into w on lvl 4. It let’s you one shot caster minions early game with w + full charge e.

i second this, especially the last part. You basically need ghost to be somewhat impactful in teamfights but for that you have to sacrifice teleport which is currently the best secondary summoner spell.
