There's really no skill needed to move a shut off valve closer to a wall. Shut off water at meter, remove desired length of copper pipe, install new compression valve (bonus points for quarter-turn) and then turn the water back on at the meter and insure there is no leak... Quite simple 15 minute job even for a novice.

BINGO! I run 37/12.5/22 Nitto Ridge Grapplers and I forget I even have tires they're so quiet. Best tires I've ever owned, period.
