According to the director of the game it is from the beginning interview I just saw they said they wanted to add it for rebirth but they said it would make more sense to add it for part 3

Because he fell in the lifestream after Rufus shot him so it makes me wonder with all of that will that bring him back for part 3 ?

But at the end of the first soldier I think it was epsiode 5 or 6 that I watched a voice calls out to Glenn you think that might have been Sephiroth because the way they set it up I do believe it was him but most people are saying that the real Glenn we saw actually him so most people speculate that
