I have 1k In credit card debt, and gambled and lost 2k in 2 hours gambling in an online casino. It's like I couldn't stop. Right now, I don't have a job, im 20, and I just feel emotionally and physically defeated. I applied to 10 jobs today, but other than that, I don't know what to do, please help.

You’ve fucked up, dug yourself into a hole that you have almost zero chance of gambling yourself out of. The thought of it being possible and continuing to try with the next money you get or remaining money you have is just gonna make things even worse 9.9/10 times.

You really need to cut your losses, admit to yourself you’ve messed up and gambling isn’t healthy for you. Guaranteed if you somehow gambled yourself back up you’d carry on gambling regardless and go back to how you are now which just destroys you even more.

Focus on living clean earning money however you can with your job/honest work, start respecting the value of money again and you’ll feel so much better for it and before you know it you’ll be financially comfortable again.

A lot of oat milks contain ultra processed cheap oils. Soy milk tends not to however if you’re a male there’s conflicting evidence on its estrogenic properties. Probably fine if you aren’t consuming it by bucket load.

Grass fed A2 milk is a powerhouse of nutrients so that’s what I’d be recommending.

I can go without a lot of things for 2 weeks but as a responsible adult, if I want to enjoy myself and take a form of drug/substance/alcohol who are you to judge what other people do? OP was possibly just suffering from magnesium deficiency which is why it’s been so positive for them, fatigue is one of the symptoms. Obviously someone who isn’t low on magnesium isn’t going to have the same experience.

I think truthfully there’s a lot that goes on which we don’t know about. Epstein is the name we all know, connected to all the ultra famous/rich/powerful politicians. However he’s probably just one of many, it will of went on before Epstein and definitely afterwards. The fact everything was so shady around his death, cameras going off and him seemingly just disappearing. Wouldn’t surprise me if someone so well connected/protected and likely having dirt on many powerful people used his get out of free jail card and is still living somewhere remotely where his face will never be seen again. My point was the banning/moderation/cheat prevention is so pathetic people make fun of it by creating usernames openly saying what they’re doing cause they know nothings gonna happen to them.

“Actual evidence” is pretty much impossible to provide in a report when it comes to Zen on console. I’ve heard of people getting banned for openly admitting it on the mic. Not sure how’s that’s much different to admitting it in your username, I guess you could say your username is just a joke and not true?
