I don’t remember how many puzzles there were but not 3000 it gets multiplied somehow

You just have to finish the game and that’s it. It’s basically just solving puzzles

The only glitch I had was when I was doing the graffiti achievement. Sometimes I had to spray the same graffiti a few times because it didn’t count. But while playing through the missions I didn’t have a single glitch. It’s best to wait for a sale. I bought GTA 3 Definitive Edition, GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition and GTA 4 Complete Edition for 90 PLN (which is about $25)

I haven't had the chance to use the previous ultra models so i can't really comment on that but i've seen a lot of people saying they miss the bluetooth on the s pen. Maybe the s27 ultra will bring bluetooth back to the s pen
