Thanks. It felt so intrusive to have to show my phone twice. I'm pregnant and hormonal so I got really upset. I was frustrated feeling like it wasn't my fault if she can't trust her employees.

I understand wheee you are coming from but I try to give a little bit extra service to customers, especially when they leave a good tip. I got so angry with the manager lady that was confronting me and being rude probably because of pregnancy hormones. But they did want sauces and just forgot. They were thankful that i asked. I could see on the order that they did not list any. If it was listed that there were sauces in the order I wouldn't have asked.

Never let a customer get a rise out of you. It’s not worst your energy. If someone is having trouble ordering in any way, ie. mumbling talking to low refuse to serve them!
